Scheduling transaction
Monex supports scheduling of transactions, which means that transactions are automatically inserted by a given schedule.
Creating a scheduled transaction
When entering a new transaction, the same transaction can be taken to create a scheduled transaction.
The entered transaction is by default is then by default the first of in a series of transactions.

Currently Monex supports only fix amount transaction scheduling, but in the future also calculated amounts will be possible.
By default the first day of a scheduled transaction is taked from the Date transaction setting
In the schedule drop down following data can be selected:
- Appearance of transaction:
- Every first, second, third ...
- interval: day, week, month or year.
- When the last transaction is executed, which can be:
- until a specified date
- after number of executions or
- never
A scheduled transaction is marked with a
icon and can be found with one click of the mouse in the Schedule view.

Insertion of transactions
Once a transaction is scheduled the next transactions are automatically inserted into the list of transactions.
This happens according to the Insert transaction before due date setting in the Schedule settings (Monex > Settings > Scheduling).
(Monex version 0.723 or higher)
By default the transactions are inserted 5 days before due date.
If desired the transactions can also be inserted manually from the Scheduling view.
Clicking on the menu Insert next transaction on the selected scheduled transaction will trigger the insert.
Scheduled transaction from scratch
You can insert a new scheduled transaction also from invoking the menu Schedule > New
This way the first scheduled transaction is only inserted if transaction date is grater than the due date setting.
Deleting
In case we delete a scheduled transaction then all associated transactions loose the association but they are not deleted.
Deleting a transaction which is part of a scheduled list removes the transaction permanently,
but this does not influence the insertion of the next scheduled transaction.
Changing scheduled transaction
We can change the description, amount, currency or account information of a scheduled transaction without problem.
As soon we are changing the schedule parameters (start day, interval, end time) then we are creating a new scheduled transaction.
In this case all currently associated transactions loose their association and with a fresh scheduled transaction.
We can undo the schedule changes during editing with the Undo schedule changes button which is displayed as soon we make a change to the schedule parameters.
